QUIZ CELL
Quiz Cell has been functioning well in our college since 1998. Various Quiz programs related to Science & Technology, Commerce & Management, Computer Science & Information Technology, Sports, Geography, History, Political Science and Current Affairs.
The main objectives of the Quiz Cell are:
- To develop the students ability in general knowledge & Current Affairs.
- To develop the students knowledge in the latest developments in diverse subjects.
- To strengthen the students numerical skills, analytical ability and presence of mind.
- To prepare the students to face the competitive Examinations.
Activities
Annual Report 2016-17- A Quiz Competition on Science and Technology was conducted on 14.09.2016. 52 students participated.
- A Quiz Competition on general knowledge and current affairs was conducted on 07.09.2016. 52 students participated.
- A Quiz Competition on Commerce and Management was conducted on 11.08.2016. 75 students participated.
- A Preliminary Quiz Round was conducted on 13.07.2016. Out of 165 students, 102 were selected. They were divided into four groups and trained.
- A Preliminary Quiz Round was conducted on 22.08.2015. Out of 240 students, 78 were selected. They were divided into four groups and trained.

Annual Report 2014-15
- On 21st & 22nd Feb 2015, Business Quiz competition was conducted by Arumugam Pillai Seethai Ammal College, Thiruppatur. R.Udhaya Nandhini Nachiar, A.Piya & N.Krishnaveni of III B.B.A won the first prize.
- On 19.09.2014, Nachiyappa Swamigal College for Arts & Science, Koviloor conducted inter-collegiate competitions. In quiz competition, S.MuthuMeenakshi & K.Rohini of III B.Sc. Computer Science won the second prize.
